The first requirement for UpFront CFD
CFdesign has a long history of handling complex and large 3D CAD parts and assemblies. This is by no means an easy task, and requires a lot of experience. Development since 1992 ensures that the CFdesign users can analyse highly complex assemblies with a minimum of effort.
User interface developed for fluid flow simulation
Since the intuitive CFdesign user interface is identical no matter what CAD system you use, a switch of CAD systems does not reduce your CFdesign productivity. Also, this means that it is possible to use CFdesign with multiple CAD systems within the same organisation.
Of course, CFdesign uses the same mouse navigation controls as your CAD system, including support for space balls.

CFdesign offers true associative integration with the vast majority of 3D CAD systems. Please select your CAD system:

Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire
If your system is not listed, this does not disqualify you from the benefits CFdesign offers. CFdesign also natively handles ACIS and Parasolid parts and assemblies.
